NSW Owner Builder Course - One Day Workshop Course
 Our Workshop Course is designed for individuals who prefer to learn in a seminar-type setting.
Our Workshop Course is only run on Saturdays for your convenience. We also arrange our Workshops at three central locations that all have free parking to make it more convenient for our students. In addition to this, All Course Materials, Pens, Morning / Afternoon Tea and Lunch are included in the Course Fees – so all you have to do is show up.
Our Workshop Course is presented by a Building and Construction Lawyer. At times however, we may instead have the Course presented by either a Licensed Builder and / or an Architect. In any event, the presenters will select are all highly qualified and experienced in residential building to ensure that you receive training of the best quality.
The WORKSHOP COURSE FEE of $699.00 includes the following:
- ONE DAY Saturday Workshop
- Three central locations across Sydney (North Ryde, Parramatta and Bankstown)

- FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE for 12 months for your Owner Builder Project
From 1 October 2010, all home owners who wish to obtain an Owner Builder Permit in NSW for residential building work valued over $12,000 will be required to complete a new Accredited Course through a Registered Training Organisation before they can submit an application to NSW Fair Trading to obtain the Owner Builder Permit.
The 91509NSW Course in Owner Builder Compliance is the only approved course for home owners seeking to obtain Owner Builder Permits in NSW.
