Welcome to NSW Owner Builder Centre. We have designed and developed two (2) flexible delivery methods for you to complete the 91509NSW Course in Owner Builder Compliance and obtain your Owner Builder Permit.
NSW Owner Builder Courses can be completed through us using any one of the two flexible delivery methods below:
 ONLINE - OWNER BUILDER COURSES
Our Online Owner Builder Courses are designed for individuals who have experience in using computers and the internet, and wish to complete the Owner Builder Course in as little time as possible.
 CORRESPONDENCE - OWNER BUILDER COURSES
Our Correspondence Owner Builder Courses are designed for individuals who prefer to complete the online Assessment whilst studying the 700-page Learning Materials in hardcopy form.
Once you have completed the NSW Owner Builder Course, you will need to complete a Fair Trading Owner Builder Permit Application Form, and submit this completed Form at a NSW Fair Trading Centre to obtain your NSW Owner Builder Permit.
